The driver will normally wait up to 60 minutes after your flight has landed before making enquiries and calling the mobile number you've provided.

At most airports the driver will be waiting for you at the arrival gate, holding a sign with your name on it. More details about the exact meeting point are included in the reservation confirmation email.
